RACK MODULES
Agritom System Platform

⚙  Design Production Reference: 672–1,344 lbs/day

Irrigation-ready modular rack infrastructure for integration into buyer-designed controlled production environments. The structural backbone of all IFS configurations.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

RACK MODULES

RM Rack Modules are the structural and irrigation infrastructure components of Agritom’s large-scale production systems. They are available as standalone SKUs for buyers integrating Agritom racking into independently designed or engineered facilities. RM units ship with integrated irrigation manifolds. They do not include HVAC, automation, climate control, or environmental management systems — these remain the buyer’s responsibility. RM-448 is the designated backbone module for all IFS standard configurations. RM SKUs are available for engineering buyers, systems integrators, and contractors building non-standard fodder production environments.

MODEL & DESIGN PRODUCTION REFERENCES

MODEL DESIGN PRODUCTION REF. CONFIGURATION NOTES

RM – 224

224 trays

672 lbs/day

7 depth × 4 columns × 8 rows. Single-width module for custom single-module builds.

RM – 336

336 trays

1,008 lbs/day

14 depth × 4 columns × 6 rows. 6-row configuration for facilities with lower ceiling height.

RM – 448

448 trays

1,344 lbs/day
14 depth × 4 columns × 8 rows. Standard IFS backbone module. Maximum row configuration.

All production figures are design production references derived from the locked formula: (Total Installed Trays ÷ 7) × 21 lbs. Any figure can be independently verified from this formula.

OPERATIONAL OUTCOMES

RM – KEY BENEFITS

01

INFRASTRUCTURE – LEVEL QUALITY
RM modules are the same structural components used in all Agritom IFS configurations. Buyers receive production-grade racking and irrigation infrastructure manufactured to the same specification.

02

ROW CONFIGURATION FLEXIBILITY
RM modules are available in 6-row or 8-row configurations — allowing integration into facilities with varying ceiling heights without custom fabrication.

03

IFS BACKBONE COMPATIBILITY
RM-448 is the designated backbone for all standard IFS configurations. Buyers building IFS-equivalent systems can specify RM-448 modules directly.

04

BUYER-CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT
Buyer-Controlled Environment
RM scope is limited to rack and irrigation infrastructure. Buyers retain full control over climate, automation, and environmental engineering — appropriate for operations with existing facility engineering capacity.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

OPERATIONS THAT DEPLOY RM

RM modules are specified for IFS deployments, custom fodder facility builds, and integration projects where the buyer has facility-level engineering capability and requires Agritom rack and irrigation infrastructure as a defined component.

  • Dairy operations — commercial and mid-scale herds
  • Equine performance stables and breeding farms
  • Beef and feedlot operations
  • Small ruminant and specialty livestock farms
  • Premium output producers — organic, artisan, grass-fed
