FODDER MACHINES
Agritom System Platform

⚙ Production Capacity: 210–1,008 lbs/day

Factory-assembled and tested, ready-to-grow hydroponic fodder production units. Operational on arrival. Connect utilities, load seeds and begin producing within hours.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

FODDER MACHINES

FM Fodder Machines are fully enclosed, complete hydroponic fodder production units. Each system is factory assembled and factory tested before shipment. The unit is delivered in three components: insulated grow chamber, irrigation unit, and climate control module. No on-site fabrication is required. Assemble the three components, connect utilities, load seeded trays, and begin production within hours of delivery.

Daily operation follows a simple seven day tray rotation. Seeded trays are loaded once per day, and one day’s portion of trays is harvested each day, creating a continuous and predictable fresh fodder supply.

The FM series represents Agritom’s most widely deployed system type globally, operating across diverse climates, livestock species, and farm environments.

FM units must be installed under a roofed or sheltered structure. If installed indoors, the space should be adequately ventilated.

Maximum FM configuration. Small commercial dairies, feedlots, and equine facilities.

All production figures are design production references derived from the fixed formula: (Total Installed Trays ÷ 7) × 21 lbs.
All figures can be independently verified from this formula.
Figures assume 3.0 lbs seed per tray, 7 day rotation, and Agritom operating parameters

OPERATIONAL OUTCOMES

FM – KEY BENEFITS

01

PLUG-AND-PRODUCE
No construction. No facility modification. FM units arrive factory-tested and ready to produce. Operational within hours of delivery — connect water, connect power, load seed.

02

CONSISTENT DAILY OUTPUT
Staggered tray scheduling ensures a harvestable volume every day of the year. Same volume, same quality, regardless of season, weather, or market conditions.

03

SCALABLE BY ADDITION
Start with one FM unit at the scale that fits today. Add additional units independently as herd size or fodder requirements grow — each unit operates entirely on its own.

04

VERIFIED PRODUCTION FIGURES
Every FM output figure derives from the same locked formula. No inflated claims, no peak-capacity language, no assumptions. Any figure can be independently verified.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

OPERATIONS THAT DEPLOY FM

FM Series machines are deployed across a wide range of livestock operations globally. Their self-contained design makes them the natural starting point for any operation evaluating controlled feed production for the first time, and the most practical solution for equine facilities and premium farms where simplicity and reliability are the priority.

  • Dairy operations — commercial and mid-scale herds
  • Equine performance stables and breeding farms
  • Beef and feedlot operations
  • Small ruminant and specialty livestock farms
  • Premium output producers — organic, artisan, grass-fed
