IFS

INTEGRATED FODDER SYSTEMS
Agritom System Platform

⚙  Design Production Reference: 1,344–8,064 lbs/day

Permanent facility-integrated production systems structured on the RM-448 modular backbone. Scalable from 1,344 to 8,064 lbs/day through module multiplication.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

INTEGRATED FODDER SYSTEMS

IFS Integrated Fodder Systems are permanent on-farm hydroponic fodder production systems designed for installation within existing or purpose-built agricultural facilities. All IFS configurations are structured on the RM-448 as the standard backbone module — scale is achieved by multiplying this module, creating consistent and predictable production logic at every size. IFS includes full HVAC, climate control, irrigation, automation, and environmental management infrastructure. Civil works and building construction are not included — the buyer provides the building to Agritom’s specification, and Agritom supervises on-site installation.

OPERATIONAL OUTCOMES

IFS – KEY BENEFITS

01

MAXIMUM DAILY PRODUCTION
IFS configurations deliver up to 8,064 lbs/day design production reference — sufficient for large commercial dairy and feedlot operations with sustained high-volume requirements.

02

MODULAR EXPANSION PATH
Every IFS model is a multiple of the RM-448 backbone. Adding capacity means adding modules — within the same facility, without redesigning the system architecture.

03

PERMANENT INTEGRATION
Designed for operations with confirmed long-term, high-volume feed production requirements that justify dedicated facility investment.

04

SUPERVISED INSTALLATION
IFS projects include Agritom engineering supervision of on-site installation — ensuring specification compliance regardless of which local contractors are engaged.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

OPERATIONS THAT DEPLOY IFS

IFS is deployed in large commercial dairy operations, high-capacity feedlots, and institutional facilities requiring maximum daily fodder output. Requires a dedicated production building and is appropriate for operations with confirmed long-term volume requirements.

  • Dairy operations — commercial and mid-scale herds
  • Equine performance stables and breeding farms
  • Beef and feedlot operations
  • Small ruminant and specialty livestock farms
  • Premium output producers — organic, artisan, grass-fed
  • Zoos, wildlife parks, and institutional animal care facilities
