Fresh Fodder.
Every Day.

Your Farm.

Agritom designs and manufactures on-farm fresh fodder production systems for livestock operations.

A controlled on-farm production system producing fresh sprouted fodder from seed to harvest in 7 days. It delivers the same daily volume year-round, independent of weather, season, or market.

  • Proven across multiple climates, livestock species, and production environments worldwide
  • Five product segments covering 210–8,064 lbs/day production capacity
  • Engineering-led evaluation, free, no commitment required

WHAT CHANGES

WHEN YOU CONTROL

WHAT  YOU FEED YOUR ANIMALS

Most livestock operations depend entirely on purchased hay and commodity feed. Producing part of that feed on your farm every day changes the equation.

01

FEED QUALITY BECOMES CONSISTENT

Purchased hay varies by harvest, season, and supplier. Fresh daily fodder from a controlled production environment is the same quality every single day. One part of your animals’ diet stops varying.

02

YOUR ANIMALS GET MORE FROM EVERY FEEDING

Fresh sprouted fodder delivers active enzymes, bioavailable minerals, and vitamins that are destroyed in dried or processed feed. Research shows digestibility of fresh sprouts is significantly higher than dry grain. Your animals get more from every feeding.

03

ONE INPUTS IS UNDER CONTROL

Weather, market prices, and supply chains affect everything you buy. A daily on-farm production source is not subject to those variables. The same volume arrives at the feed bunk every morning because you produce it yourself.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

7 DAYS. SEED TO HARVEST.
EVERY DAY.

  • Daily Seeding and Tray Loading

Grain seed, typically barley, is placed into growing trays and loaded into the system each day. Trays move forward through the lanes daily as new seeded trays enter the system. Irrigation scheduling, water treatment, lighting cycles, and climate conditions are managed automatically through a sensor-based control system.

  • 7-Day Growing Cycle

Seeds germinate into dense green fodder mats over seven days. Trays progress through the system in stages so different growth phases are present at all times. Each stage is maintained under controlled environmental conditions to support healthy and uniform growth.

  • Daily Harvest and Rotation

After the first full cycle, mature trays are harvested each day. Fresh, high-moisture fodder is delivered directly to the feed bunk or to a TMR mixer. Trays are then washed, reseeded, and returned to the system, maintaining a continuous daily production cycle.

  • Why Fresh Matters

In addition to its protein and energy value, fresh sprouted fodder contains active enzymes, bioavailable minerals, beta-carotene, and vitamins A, C, and E that are largely absent from dried or processed feed. Sprouting also breaks down phytic acid, releasing minerals animals can absorb.

WHY FRESH FODDER CANNOT BE REPLICATED BY DRY FEED

Research shows that fresh sprouted fodder is highly digestible and contains active enzymes and heat-sensitive nutrients that are reduced in dry grain or stored forage during drying and feed processing. For operations producing premium products, this difference can translate directly into improved feed performance and animal output.

BEYOND THE SALE

THE SYSTEM SHIPS.
WE STAY.

Installation is the beginning of the relationship, not the end. Every Agritom customer receives structured after-sales support to ensure the system operates correctly and delivers its designed production capacity consistently.

OPERATOR TRAINING

On-site training at commissioning ensures your team knows how to operate, harvest, reseed, reload, and monitor the system from day one.

FARM-SPECIFIC SOPS

Standard operating procedures developed specifically for your operation, including your species, herd size, and daily workflow.

ONGOING TROUBLESHOOTING

Direct access to the engineering team for technical questions, performance issues, and operational guidance.

ENGINEERING ACCESS

When questions arise, you speak directly with the engineers who designed and built your system, not a call center.
